Mark Steiger
Founder/Lead Pastor

Mark serves as the founder and lead pastor at VENTURE, wearing multiple hats in his role. His primary responsibilities encompass prayer, seeking innovative approaches to church, offering spiritual guidance and vision, delivering Sunday teachings, and fostering the development of leaders. He holds ordination from the Vineyard Association of Churches.

Mark’s greatest joy comes from facilitating encounters with Jesus, aiding individuals in discovering their authentic identities as beloved children of their heavenly Father, and empowering them as dedicated followers of Jesus.

Additionally, he holds deep enthusiasm for prayer, evangelism, and Holy Spirit ministry, particularly in the areas of prophecy, healing, and deliverance.

Having called Boston home for over three decades, Mark boasts a background as a trained bassist, guitarist, and arranger, thanks to his education at Berklee College of Music. He still finds joy in playing and composing music. His interests extend to travel, diverse culinary experiences, cinema, and connecting with people from various walks of life. Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, he remains a devoted fan of the Cleveland Browns.

Mark and Anna have been married for 17 years and are blessed with two daughters.

Anna Steiger
Children’s Ministry Director

Anna serves as Children’s Director while working a full time career as VP of Community Development. In addition to her local work Anna loves travel and enjoys people from different cultures. She spent the first 5 years of her life in Tehran but considers herself a native New Yorker.

She has a ministry background in conflict resolution, prayer for physical healing and loves introducing people to Jesus.  She believe children are cherished by God and wants them to understand and experience the depths of His love. 

Anna believes Jesus alone can restore our true identity and bring us the abundant life we all desire.
